“Aha!” declares Troy, jumping out from behind the pillar and pointing his water-gun at the wicked Dr. Doomevil. “I knew I’d find you here, Doomevil! The train station is your favorite place to relax after yet another wicked attack on the good city of Greendale!”
Sipping from his orange teacup, Abed lounges on the bench. “Just as I knew you would be here, too,” he remarks calmly, pulling out his phone and turning it to display a message thread. “After all, Britta revealed everything.”
“No! Betrayal!” cries Troy, falling to his knees and weeping. Hands over his face, he shudders with the force of his cries. It kind of hurts, actually. It doesn’t help that it’s been a couple of hours since he’s eaten, so his stomach is all hollow. It took a long time find the train station with the proper vibes; they just kind of rode around the tracks for a couple of hours.
“Fear not, my good Heroman,” says Abed, placing his hand on Troy’s head and patting gently. “Britta shall get what’s coming to her. Now, would you like some tea?”
Troy joins Abed on the uncomfortable bench, and sips at the tea. He sighs, slumping over his knees. “Whatever shall I do now, Dr. Doomevil?”
“Why don’t you join me? As my partner in crime?” hisses Abed with a distinct snake-like quality. Troy almost snorts—Abed really has that locked down—but manages to stay in character.
Troy looks at him. He nods, slowly. “You know what, I will. I have suffered too many betrayals! It’s just you and me, now.”
They shake hands. Then they leave to get something to eat, because the hunger is getting pretty annoying.
